The Vice President of Marketing is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support goop Kitchen's growth nationwide. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage various marketing channels, drive customer loyalty, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, social media, and content creation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends to increase market share, brand recognition and consumer engagement.Define consumer target and brand positioning ensuring consistent look, tone and messaging across all channels to drive brand distinction and relevance.Plan and execute best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns that include digital, social, influencer, partnership and loyalty marketing.Effectively lead the expansion into new markets, informed by data and insights.Establish KPIs, track brand performance metrics, and analyze campaign effectiveness to drive growth and positive ROI.Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely and ensuring cost-efficiency to balance top and bottom-line performance. This includes but is not limited to all paid marketing efforts, both on 3rd Party Platforms (DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub) and on Meta and Google, to optimize customer acquisition and ROAS.Collaborate with operations, culinary, guest experience and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, supporting new openings and sales initiatives.Identify opportunities to test, learn and optimize to evolve at the pace of culture to drive brand growth, relevance and performance.Mentor, motivate and guide the professional development of a high performing marketing team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
