The International Tax Director will be expected to manage the international tax provision process, develop and implement tax planning strategies, and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant tax laws. Applicants for the International Tax Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree in taxation or a CPA certification being highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years' of progressive experience in international tax, particularly within the manufacturing or a similar industry, is required. The role demands strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex tax matters effectively. Proficiency in tax software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is also necessary.
