Scheduler II
with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will provide oversight of all planning and scheduling activities.Responsibilities:Support supervision through the preparation, monitoring, and updating of area schedules; and assisting site management to formulate action plans to correct scheduling problemsDraft and computerize schedule network diagrams, monitoring and eliminating potential problems
Qualifications:Minimum two years construction scheduling experience; or equivalent combination of training and experienceExperience as a Project Engineer is preferredMust be proficient in P6Construction operations experience strongly preferredThorough knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems, principles and practicesProven ability, creativity, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems essentialAbility to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutionsResults-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashionExcellent oral and written communication skills
Education:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant fieldMinimum of two (2) years construction experience; or equivalent combination of training and experienceExperience as a project engineer is desirable
