Partner with the best
As a Safety Valve Assembler, you will assemble complex components per assembly drawings / bill of material. Performs functional testing on assemblies. Tests assemblies per customer and/or division criteria. Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards. Applies settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools. Performs torquing of various components. .
As a Valves Mechanical Assembler you will be responsible for:
Repairing safety relief valves to Board VR Code
Testing safety valves with air, water, & steam
Reading and interpret manufacturers drawings and spring charts
Understanding of Steam boiler operating and testing
Applying measurement & math skills to verify critical dimensions
Performing machine and hand lapping of nozzles and discs
Performing valve write-up
Understanding the Pressure and leak test valves to Board, API, and ASME standards

To be successful in this role you will require:
Have a Highschool Diploma or higher
1+ Years experience with the Assembly of Safety Valves
Experience working with Dial Caliper
Experience working with Micrometers
