Position Summary: Sr. Corporate Recruiter
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team at the Support Center, this role is responsible for attracting future employees who exemplify our Core Values for positions at all levels of the organization, all while giving uncompromising levels of customer service and helping grow the Guitar Center Company family.
This position is a remote opportunity for those who live within a 60-mile radius commute of Westlake Village, CA.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-quality candidate experience and a consultative hiring manager experience.
Connect with top talent at all levels through dynamic sourcing and recruiting strategies, inclusive of our diversity/inclusion/belonging philosophy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify anticipated hiring needs aligned with business needs.
Effectively communicate the recruiting process to hiring managers to ensure expectations are met and understood.
Leverage a variety of recruiting methods including social networking and online tools to proactively network passive talent.
Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
Additional duties as assigned.
To join our band, you'll need the following experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and years of work experience.
5 – 7 years of experience working within major functional disciplines primarily in IT and Technology, preferably with experience working for a Retail company or with Retail clients.
Skilled proficiency with recruiting/contact management software and Internet search tools and techniques, including Social Media.

Pay Rate: $80,000 - $95,000
annually depending on background and experience. This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance.
