The successful candidate will work closely with the SVP, Commercial to design and implement growth strategies, provide leadership to the KAMs team, and ensure the team is equipped to meet the needs of the market. This role involves the management of high-profile Pharma accounts, coaching and mentoring the KAMs team, and active participation in the Commercial Leadership Team to align strategies with the company's goals. The VP will also be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and career development of the KAMs team, as well as handling customer complaints, and negotiating commercial contracts. Applicants for the VP, Key Account Management position at the company should have a PhD with 12 years or a Master's degree with a minimum of 15 years of senior-level business experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, along with a personal network of industry contacts. Essential skills include demonstrated leadership, the ability to develop strategic relationships and experience in working with Pharma organizations. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in negotiation, and presentation, and the ability to work effectively in teams. The VP will be expected to have a strong background in IP and legal issues and a commitment to professional development.
