The HR Program Manager- Inclusion will lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of strategic inclusion initiatives across the organization. Working closely with key stakeholders, including business functions and Human Resources, this role will drive the implementation of innovative programs designed to cultivate inclusive behaviors and leadership and create an belonging workplace environment.
Reporting to the VP HR Transformation, the Inclusion Manager will manage and prioritize multiple high-impact inclusion projects and initiatives, such as Supplier Diversity, and developing and adapting strategies based on organizational needs and performance metrics. This role will oversee the Inclusion department's planning, budgeting, and operational maintenance, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial stewardship. The Inclusion Manager will build internal and external partnerships, monitor trends, and use data-driven insights to proactively adjust programs for maximum effectiveness and long-term success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Develop and adjust strategic goals for inclusion initiatives by assessing organizational needs and industry trends. Ensure that programs are scalable and adaptable over time to reflect evolving diversity challenges.
Independently identify opportunities for improvement and spearhead initiatives that align with company goals and external diversity benchmarks.
Lead and manage inclusion initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives, while working independently with minimal supervision. Proactively anticipate and solve challenges.
Evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion programs and initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to adjust strategies and ensure they continue to meet company goals. Provide recommendations for enhancements based on program metrics and employee engagement data.
Oversee the financial management of inclusion programs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and providing detailed budget forecasting and reporting. Set and monitor departmental goals, adjusting as needed to achieve both short-term and long-term diversity objectives.
Act as a thought leader and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, influencing senior leadership and stakeholders to integrate inclusion principles into all aspects of the business. Champion and communicate the business case for inclusion initiatives, fostering company-wide commitment and action.
Continuously seek out new developments and innovations in the field of inclusion, adapting programs to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Fulfill any administrative needs related to department operations, such as preparing reports and organizing documents, scheduling, etc.

REQUIREMENTS & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Proven ability to develop, implement, and adjust long-term inclusion strategies, aligning them with broader business goals and industry trends.
Demonstrated leadership in independently managing multiple high-impact projects and initiatives with minimal oversight.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with experience overseeing program budgets and department operations.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and analyze program effectiveness using data-driven insights to proactively adjust initiatives.
Minimum of ten years of organizational experience, with at least seven years in a diversity, equity, and inclusion management role, including strategic development and execution.
Passion for inclusion, with a deep understanding of inclusion challenges in complex organizations and the ability to influence organizational change.
Proven experience in building internal and external partnerships to support and enhance inclusion goals.
Demonstrated project management experience, with a track record in designing and implementing new initiatives.
Ability to think strategically and work proactively, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills, including experience in tracking data, reporting, and using metrics to guide program decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in fostering relationship-building and communication across departments to drive inclusion initiatives.
Outstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent task follow-through.
