Position Overview:The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and retention efforts of the Provider Network. This position is dedicated to optimizing sales processes, enhancing revenue generation strategies, and improving overall operational efficiency within the sales team.Responsibilities:Maintain and update Provider Model data.Generate and analyze Salesforce reports to provide actionable insights.Address ad hoc reporting requests from various stakeholders.Assist with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) initiatives.Prepare materials for client stewardship meetings and presentations.Collaborate on projects related to Payments business unit on an as needed basis.Ensure timely execution of project deliverables.Analyze recent deals to identify revenue gaps and opportunities for improvement.Monitor and manage account suspensions to minimize revenue loss.Support the sales team in refining sales processes for increased efficiency.Promote effective utilization of the CRM system to track sales activities and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred.3+ Experience in revenue operations or sales support roles preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Experience using Salesforce and Excel required.SQL experience preferred.Location and Workplace Flexibility:We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
