This role is located in New York City, NY
- HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Prepares presentations for the Compensation Committee of the Board of DirectorsContribute to the development, design, and implementation of the executive compensation programProvides analytical support and peer benchmarking for executive compensation programs, including peer performance-based stock unit programsPrepares the executive compensation tables for the annual proxy statementDevelop high quality reports and communications for senior management, including individual executive compensation statementsAnnual assessment of executives' compliance with Stock Ownership GuidelinesAssist in certain US regulatory compensation processes, including the identification of Covered Employees, which entails communication to employees and coordination with Risk & ComplianceResearching current events and regulatory updates related to Executive Compensation, including reviewing any future proposed legislation for compensation impacts, e.g., Dodd-FrankFacilitates annual review of compensation policies and proceduresSupports compensation projects for the broader Total Rewards functionTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Bachelor's degree requiredPrior experience in Executive Compensation (minimum of 2 - 3 years)Analytical, proactive, and self-driven; ability to manage multiple deliverablesAble to collaborate and partner cross-functionally, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and PayrollProficient in ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to maintain confidentiallyAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
