We partnered with a reputable firm in the area that is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Attorney.
As an experienced real estate attorney, you'll have the chance to showcase your expertise in all areas of real estate transactions. From handling complex financing work representing lenders and borrowers, to assisting buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and business owners, you'll be involved in every phase and type of real estate deal. This fast-paced position requires a creative counselor with strong experience in real estate and corporate financing, purchase and sale matters, leasing, due diligence, and development work.
If you have a book of business, even better!
Position Skills:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
3+ years experience in real estate law.
Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
Proven track record in real estate transactions
Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
Proficient in lease negotiations and drafting.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
