We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative, who would like to make $45000-$175000, to join our dynamic team. As a Commission-Only Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies to clients, helping them secure their financial future and protect their loved ones. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of life insurance products, and a passion for helping others achieve financial security.Key Responsibilities:Prospect, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online leads.Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.Educate clients on the different types of life insurance policies available and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.Present insurance policy options to clients and explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs in a clear and understandable manner.Customize insurance proposals based on clients' individual circumstances, including coverage amounts, policy terms, and premium payments.Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process applications, and facilitate policy issuance.Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns, overcome objections, and finalize policy sales.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information in the CRM system.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics set by the company.Requirements:Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Life insurance license required; additional insurance licenses (e.g., health, variable) a plus.Benefits:Uncapped earning potential.Comprehensive training program and ongoing professional development opportunities.Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits (if eligible).Retirement savings plan with employer match (if eligible).Advancement opportunities for top performers.
