160k-200K OTE | In office/hybrid- San FranciscoWhat You’ll DoReady to have a ton of fun? This is a FAST (2 week avg) sales cycle with ACV from 10k-30K. We produce a LOT of inbound demand and you will be getting 80-120 inbound demo requests per month with no SDR help. If you are not used to this volume DON’T apply. If you are an ENTERPRISE sales person do NOT apply. Our reps close 8-13 deals/month producing $100-180K in revenue per month. If you are sloppy at CRM management and can only handle 10 opportunities at a time do NOT apply. We want to spend more money on marketing but need a serious sales person to come in and help us grow.
This is what is called a PROVOCATIVE sale so if you are used to asking 3 disco questions and letting your product do the selling for you it won’t be fun here. If you don’t know what a provocative sale is in the first interview you won’t be moved forward.You need experience talking with business owners, not random VP’s at large enterprises. Need to have experience with a 1-2 call close. We have an INCREDIBLY predictable funnel with avg tenure on the team of 3-5 years so this isn’t some churn and burn sales org at a startup that doesn’t know what they are doing. Our reps do between $1-1.5MM in sales per year so we are incredibly efficient and seasoned.Looking for a pirate or romantic who is ALREADY at the top of their team and doesn’t need micromanagement or 3 months of training. Not considering ANYONE who doesn’t send me a Linkedin message after they apply with if they are a pirate or a romantic.
