Page is seeking an Architecture Technical Designer to collaborate with our team members for architectural solutions as well as coordinate with design through the construction documentation phase of a project.Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, schematic design, design development, construction documents and productionCollaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectivesResponsible for coordinating and leading the project production team in developing Live Set and construction documentsInitiate and develop technical level design concepts and detailsCoordinate consultants’ work and drawings into production setReview specifications in conjunction with the senior design professionalsProvide technical assistance to other team membersPrepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)Develop technical solutions to design problems following established standardsCoordinate with the project architect and senior design professionals to develop, modify, and/or review drawings to ensure the incorporation of the design intentCoordinate as required with multiple team members, consultants and other disciplines for project supportImplement firm’s Quality Management checks and ensure comments are incorporatedBuild BIM models for client/project team reviewPerform product research; assist project designers and project architects with materials selection and system researchMaintain electronic drawing files and project file archivesWork collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents and ensure integrated design approaches & solutionsAssure document standards are met and archive documents appropriatelyMay assist team in construction administration document managementWork closely with delivery team and assist to complete projects on aggressive schedulesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ program requirements and standards and policies for completionQualifications

Bachelor’s level professional degree in Architecture is required.Minimum 4 years’ experience working at an Architectural firm, full-timeRevit experienceDevelop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ program requirements and standards and policies for completionBasic knowledge of architectural building systemsAbility to apply diverse technical knowledge of architectural designAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to mentor team membersAbility to effectively meet deadlines and deliver resultsKnowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirementsAbility to use CAD and/or BIM softwareBase Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location)
