We specialize in providing home and community-based services that support individuals with disabilities and older adults so they can remain in their homes and communities.JOB SUMMARYIT Operations Data Analyst I's are responsible for developing reports and analyzing data as it relates to the data operations and data exchanges across the CDCN transaction management platform (U2) to provide data-driven insights that support feature and process enhancements.JOB DUTIESAnalyze and become proficient in interacting with our data flows and system objectsDesign, develop and test exception reporting for data exchangesDesign and develop reporting mechanisms to capture key operational statistics for data exchangesDesign and develop data flow reporting mechanisms for operational activitiesPrepare monthly reports on data exchange and interface activitiesPrepare monthly reports on data characteristics as a result of production operations activitiesPrioritize and multitask effectivelyOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree preferredCombination of education and experience2 - 3 years’ previous experience in analytics preferredExpertise using Analytics tools (Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studios, and .NET)Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.If remote, the employee must have sufficient internet access and speed to perform the functions of the job.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUWhen you join Consumer Direct Care Network, you will be exposed to numerous professional development opportunities.
