As a TA Operations Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of our recruiting process by executing the processes and logistics that fuel a positive candidate experience that truly embodies Guardant Health's mission and values. This role is critical in supporting the team with planning and coordinating programs and initiatives.The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing highly efficient operational support for the GH Talent Acquisition team. A successful candidate thrives in a high-volume work environment and can prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. While providing first-class experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers & interview teams, executives as well as the people team.Responsibilities

:The primary functions of this role are (1) to work within a team of assigned recruiters to drive the recruiting performance and (2) to champion the company's initiative of providing candidates with positive experience.Drive the scheduling process to ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely manner.

Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews including phone, in-person, and video.

Partner with Recruiters, TA Leaders on processing internal transfers, conversions, and promotions in the ATS and WD.Managing background checks and support all activities on pre-boarding a new hire:

Enter contingent new hire data information into HRIS system.Service Desk Tickets

Supports recruiters on job events and marketing campaigns.Deliver reports on recruiting operations to support TA performance.ERP program monitoring and coordination of monthly paymentsManage TA Op's mailboxes, Workday Helpdesk and respond or delegate accordingly.Other TA Op's projects or responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications

Attention to detail is critical in this role as are excellent written/oral communication and technical skills including the full MS Office Suite, Google products and ideal experience with an Applicant Tracking System, CRM and HRIS.Three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products; Outlook e-mail and calendar functionality, Word and Excel required including Mail Merge, formatting spreadsheets, basic pivot tables and look-ups.Organizational skills and ability to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks/projects.Adaptable and flexible and a superior customer service orientationMaturity and confidentiality required along with good interpersonal skills.Additional Information

Hybrid Work Model : At Guardant Health, we have defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time.
