We offer a 12-week internship program tailored to you to ensure you are set up for success as you begin the early part of your career. Our internship program is designed to empower you to reach your full potential through meaningful and impactful work.During the internship, you will be able to complete critical real-world work along with multiple internal Iron Mountain teams while contributing to our digital growth aspirations. You will also experience:Professional SkillsBusiness AcumenSpeaker SeriesConsistent Feedback and EvaluationNetworking with other interns and adept professionalsDiverse, inclusive, and innovative environment & cultureStability and growthWe currently have an opportunity for you to work as an intern with our Marketing team to work closely with our Commercial, Digital, or Crozier business units to elevate the power of our customers’ work by driving brand awareness, providing insights into customer needs, and educating our base on how Iron Mountain can help elevate their business.As a Marketing Intern at Iron Mountain, you may be a member of one of these teams:Digital Marketing:Develops marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels.Manages the implementation of digital marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness.Establishes and manages relationships with search engines and portal sites aligned with digital goals.Tracks usage trends of the organization's websites.Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout.Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information.May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.Performs analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations.Researches market conditions to determine potential sales of a product.Partnership Marketing:Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels.Research and analyze the marketplace to identify new channels, partnerships, and co-branding opportunities.Develop and monitor channel opportunities, licensing agreements, joint ventures, and partnerships.Design, develop, and implement marketing programs with third-party partners.Marketing Communications:Coordinate the development of advertising/marketing communications materials.Apply various communication strategies to create an impression and raise awareness.Develop and coordinate multimedia packages.Education Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025 - July 2026.Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship.Pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field of study.Requirements:Located in the continental United States for the duration of the program.Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction.This is a 40-hour per week assignment, lasting 12 weeks with the expected start date being May 21, 2025, and ending on August 13, 2025.Technical Skill Qualifications (Preferred):Data Analysis work using Excel or Google Sheets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Professional Skill Qualifications (Preferred):Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Great attention to detail.Demonstrated leadership experience.Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity.Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
