We partner with state Medicaid programs to deliver comprehensive, technology-enabled support services that enhance independence and community participation for individuals with IDD.Position OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Provider Network Manager to lead our Missouri market expansion, focusing on provider enablement, network development, and Medicaid program integration. This role will be instrumental in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across Missouri's IDD provider ecosystem while ensuring the successful implementation of our innovative support service platform.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute provider network strategy for Missouri market expansionLead provider recruitment, contracting, and onboarding initiativesNavigate Missouri DMH requirements and Medicaid regulationsManage relationships with key stakeholders including:IDD service providersCounty boardsState Medicaid officialsRegional provider associationsEnsure provider network compliance with state requirementsDrive provider adoption and utilization of platform servicesMonitor network adequacy and performance metricsDevelop and deliver provider education programsCollaborate with internal teams on provider enablement strategiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field2+ years of experience in provider network management, preferably in Medicaid/LTSSDemonstrated knowledge of Missouri Medicaid and IDD service systemExperience with provider contracting and relationship managementUnderstanding of HCBS Waiver programs and requirementsProven track record in healthcare provider engagementProficiency in network adequacy analysis and reportingValid driver's license with ability to travel throughout MissouriPreferred QualificationsExperience with digital health or healthcare technology implementationBackground in IDD service delivery or support coordinationKnowledge of Missouri DMH policies and proceduresFamiliarity with person-centered planning principlesExperience with value-based contracting modelsProvider credentialing experienceProvider relationship managementContract negotiation and administrationNetwork development strategyRegulatory complianceProvider education and trainingData analysis and reportingProject managementProblem-solvingCommunication and presentationKey Performance AreasProvider network development and growthNetwork adequacy maintenanceProvider satisfaction and retentionCompliance with state requirementsImplementation timeline adherenceQuality metrics achievementTravel Requirements70% to 80% travel within MissouriOccasional out-of-state travel for conferences and trainingHybrid work arrangement with regular field visitsJoin a mission-driven organization transforming IDD support services through innovative technology while leveraging your provider network expertise to create meaningful change in healthcare delivery.
