Craft and implement robust marketing strategies aligned with FinanceBuzz’s business aims. Oversee multi-channel marketing campaign planning, execution, and optimization, including Search, Social Media, email, and traditional media. Forge strategic partnerships with distribution channels and advertisers. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team. Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation that fosters professional growth. Establish clear performance metrics, ensuring accountability and success.Paid Marketing Performance:

Manage and optimize paid marketing operations to enhance profitability. Utilize Looker for detailed performance insights and maintain a competitive edge by tracking emerging trends in paid marketing.Optimization:

Implement and enhance campaign optimization techniques to boost marketing effectiveness. Leverage data to pinpoint growth opportunities and work with Yield and Copy teams to enhance user experiences.Budget Management:

Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Provide financial reports and monitor spending while seeking cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.Brand Management:

Elevate the FinanceBuzz brand through effective brand guidelines and high-quality marketing content creation.
