We are excited at Central Florida Cardiology & Vascular Center to be part of a growing 450+ cardiologist network under Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA). We strive to provide sophisticated and personalized care to all our patients by utilizing clinical expertise and cutting-edge technology in the cardiovascular field. Our physicians are board certified, and have been trained at the finest institutions and are continually advancing their own skills within the ever-changing field of medicine.With our local relationships at Advent Health Waterman Hospital and ongoing support from our national support office with CVAUSA, we are very focused on expanding our cardiovascular services throughout Lake County and Central Florida. We are currently looking to hire a dynamic, and patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider to work within our local Tavares clinic and affiliated hospital.Community Highlights

Full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)Location: Tavares clinic that is located directly across the street from our affiliated hospital, Advent Health Waterman Hospital. Local clinics and hospitals provide state-of-the-art equipment and well-trained staff.Monday-Friday schedule with callClinic services include (not limited to):
direct patient care, working closely with other APPs and physicians, ordering tests and procedures, oversee patient prescriptions, and refer cardiologists and specialists as needed.Acute services to include (not limited to): assisting with Hospital consults and rounding in coordination with other Cardiologists and APN’s. Rounding will include performing documentation and histories, proper test ordering, medication management, stress test supervision and completing other orders as needed.Close collaboration with other APNs and Cardiologists in both clinic and/or hospital settingPosition will offer base salary and benefits package.Qualifications
Cardiovascular experience ideal, but NOT required.Board Certification Required – Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.Must have active, unencumbered PA or Nurse Practitioner medical license.Hard working, patient satisfaction/quality must be front and center.Collegial, team-player, and patient centered.Central Florida Cardiology & Vascular Center is a Partner Practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America.
