The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the founder's vision with strategic product roadmaps, mentoring the product management team, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience in managing software products from inception through launch, and a strong background in product management principles, frameworks, and best practices are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathetic leadership qualities, and a passion for coaching and mentorship. This role requires a proven leader with at least 10 years' of experience in product management, including a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership position, preferably within a tech startup or fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for the VP of Product include driving the product lifecycle, improving shipping velocity and quality, and balancing a data-driven approach with intuition and user insights. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, improving documentation, and championing a data-driven culture. Experience in crypto and/or developer platforms is highly desirable.
