Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Engineering/Technical Lead to join our team in Doral, FL.
The Enterprise Engineering/Technical Lead
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee a portfolio of IT projects in a large, complex IT enterprise for a DoD customer (USSOUTHCOM).
Providing technical direction to project leads for numerous concurrent IT projects, ensuring designs and implementation support customer goals of interoperability and defensibility.
The Lead also tracks significant measures of user experience and satisfaction and recommends improvements to the government and participates in Change Management activities.
Projects may include network or other system modernization, Zero Trust Architecture, cloud initiatives, advanced defensive cybersecurity operations, or other topics to manage and modernize a complex IT enterprise to meet demanding operational requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. computer science, information technology management, or a related technical field.
Ten (10+) or more years of experience with enterprise engineering efforts in a complex enterprise IT environment, analyzing performance, and designing and integrating effective solutions. Experience must include at least 3 years in the last 5 years in a DoD enterprise IT environment including classified networks and systems.
Six (6+) or more years of experience with virtual desktop enterprise and cloud environments.
Three (3+) or more years of experience designing and implementing solutions in accordance with DoD information assurance and cybersecurity policy.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
A Master’s Degree in an engineering or technical field is desired.
Certifications indicating professional expertise in networks, cloud systems, or software development including but not limited to CCIE, Cisco multi-cloud certifications, GCP, AWS CSP, ITIL Expert (v3 or v4), Azure Solutions Architect/Enterprise Administrator/DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar, is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/ active Top-Secretclearance with SCI eligibility.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
