Client Relationship Manager – Technology (Semiconductor Industry preferred)Location: San Francisco Bay or San Diego preferred.OverviewClient Relationship Managers (CRM) are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business. They support the Client Partner and act as business owners for assigned accounts, handling the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. They proactively identify new and expansion opportunities on accounts and plan for and close the extension of existing agreements. The CRM works with delivery teams to improve backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. They work towards establishing a positive client experience through delivery excellence. This is a high visibility opportunity and requires high amount of dedication, leadership and motivation.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted relationships and collaborate with client points of contactUnderstand the client environment, issues, and prioritiesWork with clients to define their problems and co-create solutionsDrive RFPs / proactive bids with regards to renewals, extensions and expansionTrack of industry trends relevant to client business and bring forth proactive ideas and solutionsServe as the day-to-day point of contact for the clientsResponsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions of current engagementsLead the onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environmentMeasuresA CRM's shared measures are margin, revenue, TCV, client satisfaction, and employee retention. CRM role-specific measures are renewal win rates, annual revenue growth, total contract value and margin.Required Qualifications15+ years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.Experience developing C suite relationshipsIndustry domain expertise in technology or hi-techExperience handling a P&L of $15 + Million dollars including reporting and metric assessment for the account.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsMS or MBA degree preferredStrong background in a project environment and application development.Ability to drive new business development efforts and lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentMust be detail oriented and able to handle all facets of complex assignments.Demonstrable problem solving abilities with the skills to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implicationsDemonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries and technical and non-technical audiencesThe annual salary for this position is between $121,950.00 - $222,500.00 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:
