In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse portfolio that includes full-service, select-service, and luxury hotels. You will play a key role in shaping operating and capital plans, interact with hotel teams to assess performance, and analyze financial data to unearth opportunities for growth.Your responsibilities will also include:Negotiating key legal documentsPerforming asset valuationsPreparing hold/sell analysesAs part of our team, you will stay updated on industry trends and undertake additional tasks to maximize the value of our hotel portfolio for clients.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 6 years' experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on operations and hotel real estate asset managementA BA/BS degree in business finance, hospitality, or real estate financeA strong background in hotel finance or revenue managementExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital planningExceptional analytical, quantitative, and negotiation skillsA detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independentlyFluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, and a proactive approach with a strong work ethic is essential.
