The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business objectives and providing sales leadership in the assigned geographical area. This role involves creating and maintaining a high-performing sales culture, executing tactical regional business plans, and managing the performance of a team of territory sales managers. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key end users and distributor partners, ensuring the adoption of the company's sales methodology, and acting as the voice of the user and distributor to provide market intelligence and competitive insights. Applicants must have a minimum of a BS or BA degree in a related field and at least 10 years of broad sales or sales management experience within institutional, industrial, or commercial channels of distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in motivating and developing field-based salespeople, with a focus on pipeline execution. Experience in institutional selling or marketing with market-leading brands is preferred, as is proficiency in leveraging analytics for business strategy. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive results, and a high sense of urgency and personal accountability.
