As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist in driving high quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Rivian brand at every interaction by cultivating relationships with multiple internal and external partners. You will own the candidate experience, managing the interviewing life cycle from scheduling, travel arrangements, data integrity, virtual and on-site experience.You will take initiative in identifying and solving issues with candidate interviews, collaborate with peers and support recruiters across various time zones and teams.Responsibilities
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders from end-to-end schedulingCollaborates with recruiting team to improve candidate experience by recommending process efficienciesMaintains candidate relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actionsEnter and track candidate information ensuring a high standard of data integrityUpdate job knowledge by participating in learning experiencesQualifications
Shows close attention to detail by being meticulousHas strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with recruiting teamAbility to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environmentAbility to work with applicant tracking systemDemonstrates the ability to multitask on diverse tasks and/or projectsTakes initiative with problem solving and able to manage escalationsAble to operate independently to complete tasksStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Outlook toolsAble to prioritize schedule requests in a timely fashionOvertime eligible but up to manager discretionBachelor's Degree preferredRequired to communicate using telephone and/or e-mail
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants:
$30 - $35/hr (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).This is a 6-month Contract position.
