What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a

temporary

Senior Enablement Designer and expect this position to last approximately 90 days. This Senior Enablement Designer will assist in developing Nexxen's sales collateral, including primarily Powerpoint presentations and sales sheet assets. This role will help lead design initiatives, creating visually engaging, high-quality sales materials that strengthen our digital advertising presence in a competitive marketplace. This position will assist the Art Director in driving the visual identity forward while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will be based in the New York office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

Daily Responsibilities:

Lead and assist in design projects large and small, producing sales materials that seamlessly blend product marketing copy with beautifully designed layouts, graphics, and examples of our advertising products.

Collaborate with teams to manage feedback, approvals, and post-campaign follow-up.

Apply expertise in branding, digital design and print production to create these materials.

What Will I Bring?

5+ years of relevant experience in design with a portfolio showcasing a broad range of digital and print work.

Expertise in presentation design, with the ability to communicate best practices to senior stakeholders.

Experience in brand building, creating and maintaining design guidelines.

Advanced PowerPoint skills, including data visualization.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines.

Demonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven visual designs and infographics.

Ability to work independently, with a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; After Effects would be a plus, but not required).

This is a temporary (non-permanent) role, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the

hourly rate

for this role in New York is $42.75/hour at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
