A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a motivated paralegal to join their recognized personal injury practice. We are searching for a detail-oriented, collaborative paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience in personal injury or related civil litigation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys with various tasks related to case management and litigation.Key Responsibilities:Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documentsProfessionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counselPrepare documents for filing in both state and federal courtsSupport our attorneys in all phases of litigationManage and calendar court deadlinesPropound and respond to discoveryMaintain organized case filesQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of litigation experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong written and oral communication skillsConfident in a paperless work environmentKnowledge of e-Filing and California rulesFamiliarity with California discovery rulesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team in a reputable law firm.
