We are a provider-led, primary and post-acute care organization dedicated to redefining healthcare delivery for senior living communities. As a Physician, you will have the opportunity to manage new admissions, provide patient visits, rounding, and ensure exceptional patient care in a post-acute care setting. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to build quality patient care.
Qualifications:
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified in Internal or Family MedicineCurrent unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employmentProficiency with EMRCompassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team playerJoin our compassionate team on a mission to enhance the health, happiness, and dignity of senior living residents.
