In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the CFO and other leaders to develop and execute long-term financial strategies, ensuring robust forecasting, analysis, and budgeting.As the VP of FP&A, you will support the SVP of the Probes business unit, drive improvements in financial processes, and manage capital effectively to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be integral to our long-term strategic planning, including potential M&A activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.Support strategic initiatives and process improvements within the finance team.Oversee capital management and operational efficiency enhancements.Collaborate on long-term strategic planning and M&A assessments.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.At least 15 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and corporate finance, especially in the semiconductor or high-tech sectors.Expertise in GAAP accounting, financial modeling, and corporate finance principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leading financial systems.A track record of successful financial process enhancements.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.A strategic mindset with a commitment to excellence.Join us in driving impactful financial strategies in a fast-paced environment.
