The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both customer acquisition and retention, with a strong emphasis on CRO. This role requires a leader with a background in CPG and experience in a D2C brand environment, particularly within the e-commerce or growth space. The Head of Growth will be expected to be both strategic and tactical, managing various channels and working with contractors and agencies. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and have a proven track record of success in a high-growth startup setting. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have at least 7 years' experience in the e-commerce or growth space, with a focus on D2C business models. The role demands a leader who is adept at managing a P&L, has a strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, and is experienced in CRO. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, have a background in CPG, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ability to be both strategic and tactical, as well as experience in managing contractors and agencies, is essential.
