Senior Business Analyst
to provide strategic support for initiatives to enhance national security and infrastructure resilience. This role will support stakeholder engagement, facilitate project communications, and provide expert policy guidance. The Senior Business Analyst will be a vital resource in bridging communication between stakeholders and project leadership, ensuring that all materials and briefings are clear, concise, and aligned with program goals.In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to policy discussions, and support strategic decision-making processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in developing materials that convey complex information in an accessible format. The Senior Business Analyst will also support meeting logistics, create high-quality documentation, and ensure alignment with evolving program objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Identify stakeholder requirements and gaps, supporting effective engagement through targeted materials and communications.Draft, review, and finalize various project materials, including talking points, briefing memos, background documents, agendas, formal letters, and informal emails.Develop and refine content for distribution, including graphics, handouts, and web-based content as needed.Attend meetings with stakeholders and project teams, capturing detailed notes and preparing thorough summaries to inform leadership and maintain alignment across project initiatives.Provide general project management support, including logistics coordination for meetings, workshops, and other events.Facilitate discussions and workshops to drive progress on key issues.Support the engagement with high-level policy discussions, providing insights and recommendations aligned with national and organizational priorities.Assist in developing strategic communication materials to support senior leadership and ensure clarity in all project-related communications.Skills and Qualifications:Proven ability to analyze complex information, identify underlying issues, and draw insights that guide program and policy recommendations.Skilled in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions, solve problems, and create actionable plans.Exceptional writing and documentation skills with experience producing a variety of professional materials, including briefing memos, talking points, policy documents, and executive summaries.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations, lead discussions, and effectively articulate complex ideas.Extensive experience working with and managing relationships across multiple levels of stakeholders, including government officials, program leaders, and private sector partners.Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience with planning, coordinating, and executing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.Proficiency with Technology and Analytical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software used for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.Knowledge of the unique challenges and considerations involved in critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity programs.Required Education and Experience:Master’s degree in Business Management or a relevant field.Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business analysis, program support, or a related field with extensive experience working directly with stakeholders in a federal environment.Clearance Requirements:Must be a US CitizenMust be able to obtain DHS Suitability clearance.Work Location:Arlington, VA (On-site - Hybrid)Oasys is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
