About The Role
The Logistics Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of Systems and Projects and support daily operational activities. Responsibilities include:Regular reporting on logistics spend, quality, ship times, and service level agreements.Gathering data to suggest process and carrier improvements to reduce fulfillment costs.Supporting international fulfillment operations, including compliance and customs data auditing.Maintaining and auditing ERP and WMS Item Master Data to ensure accuracy.Preparing data for inbound, outbound, and fulfillment RFPs.Reviewing logistics data for new product launches to ensure correct shipping.Supporting requests for inventory allocations and adjustments in the ERP system.Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain operations.Strong analytical skills, particularly in rates analysis and data modeling.Proficiency in enterprise software systems, especially WMS and ERP.Expertise in Excel and G-suite, with a strong ability to analyze data effectively.Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to both internal teams and external partners.A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset for suggesting process improvements.Comfort working in a remote-first environment and managing their time effectively.Openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback.A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for learning.
