The Vending Specialist is a mission-based position designed to support individuals with disabilities seeking employment opportunities! This position offers a flexible schedule of 1-19 hrs/wk at $11.73 per/hr.In accordance with Assets, Inc.'s core values and mission, this position provides direct labor services for Assets, Inc. vending machines. This position is expected to provide all aspects of vending services and upkeep utilizing standard technical procedures for the industry.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to and demonstrate Assets, Inc.'s core values and mission in the performance of all aspects of this position.Provide direct labor in accordance with OSHA safety standards at the work site.Perform direct labor as required by the direction of the site manager.Be responsible for keys issued, money in the vending machines, and sale items to ensure there is no theft or misuse by employees or customers.Stock and clean each vending machine.Dispose of all boxes and trash and sweep the area if necessary.Shop for items needed to restock vending machines.Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while shopping, stocking, and engaging with customers.Hand out a prepared survey and re-evaluate if items in the machines need to be changed.Follow the policies set forth by Assets, Inc.Perform other duties as assigned.Desired Skills and Abilities
Ability to match samples.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to manipulate different sizes and shapes of products as well as tolerate frozen/cold food/beverage products.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.Establish and maintain effective working relationships.Minimum Qualifications
