Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000 base plus 0.1%-0.2% equity.
Our client is looking for a Founding Account Executive hire who wants to roll up their sleeves and help build enterprise pipeline, close deals, and develop the go-to-market motion. Our client is looking for an outbound/hunter archetype who can hit the ground running, and doesn't need to be fed leads. They should be resilient and a self-starter.
Our client sells to brokerages, enterprise fintechs and US banks and are looking for someone who is excited by bringing AI to the largest financial institutions in the world.
Role responsibilities:
Full-cycle enterprise sales - everything from prospecting, to discovery to multi-threading to closing
Candidate requirements:
3+ years of experience at a top B2B company in a GTM role.
Experience with consultative sales, with enterprise customers.
Has sold $100K+ ACVs (average contract value) before.
Experience founding, or working in a VC-backed startup.
Excited to work in-office with the team in SF.
