ASSESSMENT FACTORS:Represents the Collection Requirements Management team at IC-wide and multi-national working groups, boards, or senior committees to discuss validation and prioritization of high-level collection requirements and advocate for collection priority.Educates and advises requestors on optimal collection techniques and practices, and stakeholders on the role of intelligence collection, collection management principles, resource utilization, and productivity improvements.Anticipates collection challenges or opportunities, and prepares alternate courses of action (e.g., drafting collection requirements for a different, viable intelligence (INT) to satisfy intelligence gaps or mitigate risks).Knowledge of wide range of Collection related services, concepts, principles and practices to include Geospatial Information and Services.Assist analysts in developing their intelligence needs, EEIs and PIRs and create collection strategies with other CRMs to meet analyst needs.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:Previous CCMD and interagency collection management experience with demonstrated ability to advocate for organizational requirements across the DoD and IC to ensure future capabilities and resources are in-line with command mission and priorities.CCMP-F Certification (Certified Collection Management Professional – Fundamentals).Understanding of collection management tool capabilities and architecture to include demonstrated ability to implement new tools into collection management processes.
