The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Teradata SQL, data engineering, and query optimization, with a strong understanding of data quality frameworks. Experience in the insurance domain is a plus. This role involves working on a backlog of plans, re-engineering existing queries, and designing validation frameworks to ensure robust data processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSQL Development and OptimizationDesign, develop, and optimize SQL processes using Teradata.Analyze and re-engineer existing queries to enhance performance and address identified issues.Collaborate with stakeholders to decipher complex SQL logic and implement solutions.Data Engineering and QualityPerform data analysis and develop rule-based SQLs to support business requirements.Build and implement data validation frameworks to ensure robust quality checks.Ensure data quality and integrity for processes, particularly around points redemption validation.Backlog ManagementWork on a backlog of plans by resolving existing data and query-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.Framework DesignDevelop frameworks and logic to perform pre-validation checks before point redemptions.Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards in all deliverables.Salary: 120,000-130,000 USD per yearTogether, we create the future you always aspired to.
