Description:WHAT WE'RE DOINGJoin our team at Lockheed Martin, where we're leading the development, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) system.THE WORKAs the Missile Defense Solutions Senior Program Manager, you will report to the Program Director of the Missile Defense Solutions (MDS) Sub-Market Segment within C4ISR. This role will be multi-faceted and include Program Management and Capture Management responsibilities for the C2BMC Program, and be the Site Lead for the RMS Huntsville location. You will be responsible for:Program Management & Leadership:

Overarching program management responsibilities and execution of business rhythms for the Command & Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) Program.Huntsville RMS Site Leader responsible for leading all aspects of site management which includes 350+ employees across multiple programs in a 122,000 sq ft leased facility with unclassified, classified, and top secret labs and office space.Develop MDS level Capital investment plans which align with overall growth strategy and manage execution to ensure on time, within budget completion of projects.Proactively manage day-to-day operations of the program and synchronize the efforts of multiple support functions to maintain and improve enterprise level efficiency and effectiveness.Communicate program status, progress, and issues to both Lockheed Martin and customer stakeholders, and negotiate program changes and adjustments as needed.Collaborate with MDA stakeholders to identify and prioritize program requirements, and ensure that the MASC-F program is aligned with MDA's strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Interface regularly with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Senior Leadership located at Redstone Arsenal, including program managers, technical leads, and acquisition officials.Communicate with high-level internal and external customers, including Lockheed Martin Senior Leadership and other government agencies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.Engage in cross-business area collaboration to deliver a OneLM solution to the warfighter.

Growth and Capture:

Partner with MDA and adjacent stakeholders, along with other internal Program Managers to establish and implement on contract growth strategies for C2BMC and ensure successful, on-time delivery of sole source proposals.Lead contract negotiations for sole source follow on proposals.Partner with business development to identify adjacent markets and lead overall capture strategies for capability expansion into new areas.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
