Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Business Solution Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.Role:

End to end responsibility of Solution & commercials creation including conducting workshops for scoping, questionnaire and solution discussionsCollaboratively work with all internal and external stakeholders in crafting a winnable solutionResponsible for creation of differentiated solutions that meets the customer requirements.Formulate re-usable bid components to achieve maximum utilizationDevelop winning themes, SWOT and competitor analysis for the pursuitTravel & Participate in Customer presentationsBid resourcing – bid team formation including various internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand the problem statement and identifying missing information to develop appropriate queriesEngage with internal and external customers in scoping, questionnaire and solution discussionsLead internal governance – Sales / delivery / practice approvals and signoff are taken before submission of proposal to clientDetail and articulation of solutions and ensure completeness of the sameRole Qualifications:
15+ years of industry domain and SAP implementation experience including knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy, and Utilities Industry and requirements such as Discrete and Process Industry Manufacturing, Batch Traceability, Supply Chain Planning, Service Parts Management (SPM), Department of Energy 10 CFR 810 Compliance for Nuclear SecurityS/4HANA Cross-functional Application knowledge across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Plan-to-Stock, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire, and Hire-to-Retire business processesCore SAP S/4HANA and Line-of-Business solutions relevant to the industryKnowledge of S/4HANA integration with SAP Analytics Cloud, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Third-party warehousing, Vistex, Vertex, Concur, Workday, SuccessFactors, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO), Third-Party Supply Chain Management software, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Intelligence & Integration (MII), Billing, Revenue, and Integration Management (BRIM), Cloud for Customer (C4C), and Ariba; Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) integration is helpfulKnowledge of Brownfield, Selective Data, and Greenfield S/4HANA implementation strategies with pros and consKnowledge of SAP Signavio Process Discovery, Process InsightsKnowledge of testing tools such as TricentisKnowledge of SAP Activate MethodologyKnowledge of SAP RISE and Cloud constructs and licensing modelsKnowledge of Cloud Hyperscaler solutionsExperience in solution design, pre-sales, RFPs, proposals, oralsExperience in business case developmentDevelopment of Industry-specific Intellectual Property (IP) solutions to supplement S/4HANAArticulate with excellent presentation & communication skillsAbility to manage CXO-level discussionsPreferable experience in full cycle S/4HANA implementation for version 2020 or above
