SAP TM Workstream LeadWe are looking for an experienced SAP TM Workstream Lead, on behalf of our client, an IT consulting company, to join a critical project at a new manufacturing facility. Starting from the Realize phase, you will drive the enhancement and implementation of SAP Transportation Management processes, focusing on outbound planning, tendering, execution and settlement. This part-time role offers a mix of remote and onsite work in California.

What you can expect:
You will lead the TM workstream activities and oversee all deliverables, from configuration to hypercare.
You will manage the build of established business processes, and you may handle new requirements through the change request process.
You will work closely with a business process owner and an IT counterpart from the client’s side, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of the workstream.
You will leverage your SAP EWM integration expertise for activities like loading plans and transportation units.
You will implement Milk Run processes, a special focus for this role.
You will manage user stories, configure and perform unit testing, write functional specifications and support both integration testing and UAT.
You will train key users, manage documentation, oversee cutover and Go-Live activities and provide hypercare support post-implementation.

You bring a proven background in SAP TM and experience leading a TM workstream within a manufacturing environment.
You have hands-on experience with outbound logistics processes, including planning, tendering, execution and settlement.
You are skilled in EWM integration, specifically for transportation units and loading plans.
You possess a solid understanding of Milk Run setups and can execute this with a high level of expertise.
You are adept at managing requirements, configurations, functional specifications and testing processes.
You can efficiently guide key user training, documentation and post-Go-Live support, ensuring a seamless transition and adoption of processes.
