.We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network infrastructure Engineer with focus on OT environments to join our team. The Network infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining network infrastructure within our IT and operational technology environment. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT and industrial control systems and SCADA networks.What You’ll Do:Develop and implement robust network architectures tailored for OT and IT environments.Configure and deploy network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.Ensure network redundancy and high availability to support critical OT systemsMonitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.Perform network maintenance, including software updates, patches, and upgradesOptimize network configurations to enhance performance and security.Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.Respond to and mitigate network security incidents.Work closely with IT and OT teams to integrate and support network solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues in OT environments.Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.What We’re Looking For:Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on OT environments.Proven experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance in industrial or manufacturing settings.Resides near a major airport hub with ability to travel up to 50% to Divert facilities throughout the US.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS), routing, and switching.Experience with network security technologies and practices.Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from Fortinet, and Allen-Bradley/Stratix.Familiarity with industrial control systems SCADA systems.Working knowledge of cloud networking and understanding of cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Working knowledge of Windows server and Hyper-VWhat's In It For You?Compensation Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annuallyHealth, Vision and Dental Benefits (effective the first of the month following your date of hire!)Life Insurance401K with Safe Harbor company matchPaid Time OffOpportunities for Advancement with a Rapidly Growing, Mission-Driven OrganizationDivert Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
