You will be entrusted with the oversight of all day-to-day operations, including onboarding, maintenance, billing, and trading functions.As the Head of Operations, you will leverage your strategic thinking to enhance operational efficiencies and elevate the client experience. You will be instrumental in optimizing our technology ecosystem, leading strategic initiatives, and crafting long-term operational plans that align with our company vision.We require a candidate with:At least 10 years of experience within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)A minimum of three years in a corporate management or leadership roleExperience managing remote teamsA deep understanding of custodial offerings and web interfaces, particularly Schwab and FidelityStrong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Salesforce and Addepar is advantageousThe ideal leader will possess a proven track record of implementing and managing operational workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex objectives into actionable steps.
