Participate in EUC Field Service transition activitiesAssist in knowledge gathering and documentation from external customers and/or incumbentsAnalyze service provision and resourcing based on SLAs, assets, call volumes, site criticality, and customer requirementsConduct due diligence with customers prior to RFP & BAFO submissionsAttend customer-agreed locations to collect all processes related to current service delivery around EUC & Field ServicesCreate process documents of current service for the customer and partnerWork closely with our third-party partnerUnderstand desk-side support duties and processesManage and coordinate workload in the regionReview open and assigned tickets as advised by the tower leadAssist delivery lead in reviewing and verifying vendor invoices of hardware assetsStrong understanding of SLA and KPI managementKnowledge:
Knowledge of Service Desk operations and toolsGood knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow)Understanding of Service Desk Ticket concepts in categorization, priorities, workflows for different types of callsKnowledge of MS Office and TeamsIntermediate knowledge of SCCM/Desktop Central, Intune, printer configuration, imaging machines, triaging break-fix issuesAbility to take ownership of issues through to resolutionAbility to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamworkTechnical Skills:
Understanding of End User Computing IT infrastructure devicesSkills in Microsoft Windows & MAC desktop operating systems and business efficiency applicationsEffective communication in English required; knowledge of local or European languages is favorableBusiness Skills:
Ability to communicate optimally with customersKnowledge of outsourcing and handled servicesHighly proactive, solution-driven approachGood interpersonal and customer relationship skillsProblem-solving and root cause analysis skillsNetworking and establishing relationshipsEducation:
Minimum Bachelor’s or technical degreeITIL certification desirableMS and other technical certifications advantageousSalary and Other Compensation:
The base annual salary for this position is between $37,800 to $86,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Applications will be accepted until November 22, 2024.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits:
