The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coaching, and training a team of Major Market-focused sales directors to maximize sales revenue in the specified region. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a proven track record in employee development, and an extensive background in B2B sales, particularly in the Major Market Account Payroll space. The Regional VP will be expected to collaborate with the team to establish and execute sales goals, review regional expenses, and ensure the team stays within budget. Additionally, the role involves regular performance reviews, recruiting, hiring, and training the sales director team, and contributing regional sales information to strategic plans. Applicants for the Regional VP, Sales position should have a minimum of 3-5 years' of experience in sales management, with at least 2-3 years' in the Major Market Account Payroll space. A proven track record in managing a highly skilled and results-oriented sales force, as well as experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions, is essential. The role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of driving sales teams, and will have a current RVP written endorsement with a minimum of 12 months in the current role.
