Qualifications
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Personnel Management, Public Administration, Human Resources or Human Service field, from an accredited college or university. Must be verifiable.A minimum of six (6) to nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in public personnel, administration/management, government regulations, accounting, financial auditing or Port related experience. Must be verifiable.Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and other related applications.Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills across all levels of employees and the public.Knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and requirements.Must possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s License and satisfactory record.Employment/criminal background check and drug testing required to successfully pass.Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) during course of employment.TO APPLY:EMAIL RESUME WITH ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION INCLUDED AND A COPY OF DEGREE TO:
