This senior leadership position is crucial for defining and executing innovative data strategies that drive growth. You will build and lead a talented team of data analysts and engineers, focusing on supporting account and product development teams in creating and deploying impactful data assets and solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:Recruiting and nurturing top data talent.Building capabilities in data management and strategic initiatives.Collaborating closely with the Chief Data Officer and D+A engineering team to implement best practices in Medicaid data management.Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being highly preferred. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare data management and analytics, along with a proven history in leading data operations, crafting innovative data solutions, and establishing comprehensive data strategies. Expertise in healthcare data, particularly in areas such as physical health, behavioral health, Rx claims, encounter data, clinical data, social determinants of health (SDoH), demographic data, and diagnostic data is essential. Experience with Medicaid data and Management Information Systems (MES), as well as a background in consulting or professional services related to healthcare analytics, are significant assets.
