What you’ll do:
Company-wide Planning & Prioritization:
Partner with the CEO and broader executive team to define, prioritize, and communicate strategic objectives across the organization. Lead quarterly planning process across teams. Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed on time and with high degree of quality; work with the CEO on reporting across overall company deliverables.Strategic Project Management:
Oversee high impact cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and implement systems to track project progress, facilitate collaboration, and resolve roadblocks. Maintain a pulse on organizational capacity and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.Reporting & Analytics:
Establish and manage reporting mechanisms to track progress on strategic initiatives and key performance metrics. Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries to provide clear insights into organizational performance. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and track the impact of initiatives over time. Analyze ROI and impact of new initiatives and products going to market.Driving Accountability:
Establish frameworks to measure progress against goals and foster a culture of accountability across teams. Facilitate regular updates to leadership, providing insights into progress, challenges, and recommended actions. Conduct follow-ups to ensure commitments are met and identify areas for improvement.Executive Support:
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions. Represent the CEO in meetings, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring alignment on outcomes.Operational Efficiency:
Evaluate and refine internal processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate alignment between leadership and functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of company priorities. Lead initiatives to optimize decision-making and information-sharing across teams.What you have:
Proven track record of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional alignment, and leveraging data for decision-making.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.Experience working with technical product and engineering teams.Strategic thinker who can also dive into operational details when necessary.Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.Results-driven, proactive, and committed to fostering accountability.Collaborative leader with a strong focus on building relationships and driving alignment.Why join Polly?
