You'll be an indispensable individual contributor crafting excellent experiences and delivering very strong work on time.You'll Make an Impact ByCreating seamless experiences

that help users effectively engage with our AI assistant across multiple touchpoints.Contribute to designing best practices

for AI assistant design frameworks.Collaborate

with business partners, engineers, product managers, and researchers by creating concepts and building rapid prototypes to leverage the collective creativity and ship impactful products.Creating and

championing an experience

that is highly usable before delivering pixel-perfect designs.Owning

activities and deliverables for

and engagements.Rapid prototyping

features, including conversation UX frameworks, error states, and recovery patterns

is a big plus .Minimal QualificationsDegree in HCI, graphic design, visual communication, Digital Design, Information Architecture, or similar and at least 4 years of experience in product design.A fantastic portfolio.Excellent written and verbal communication.Interest, if not experience, in AI or e-commerce domains.Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.Option 2: 4 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.Preferred QualificationsOutlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications.Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate).Driving product development in a user experience area.Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area.Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare).Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.LocationPrimary: 860 W California Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, United States of AmericaThe annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
