We are honored to be recognized as an MLA Platinum Award recipient for 2023 and 2024, as well as being featured in the Library Journal Tech Showcase.The Inside Sales Executive will identify, develop, outreach plans, and maintain documentation in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). You will engage in outbound call activity to prospect for customers, follow up on leads from marketing initiatives, and conduct technology demonstrations. This is an ideal entry-level position for a coachable individual who is comfortable with technology and working in a telesales environment with daily key performance indicators.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

An individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.Build awareness around the LS&S BrandRun outbound call prospecting campaignsWork closely and coordinate with marketing and direct sales teamsAbility to identify potential decision-makers within organizationsRegularly track activity in CRMGrow satisfied client relationshipsOther duties as assignedThis position is remote and can be located in the U.S.Requirements

An individual should possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed and meet the education, training, and/or work experience required.Bachelor’s degree requiredAt least one year of telesales experience requiredMust have demonstrable CRM systems experience required; preferably Salesforce, previous dialer or campaign cadence software experience, or experience with similar sales productivity toolsProven ability to work in a metrics-driven sales environmentLibrary operational or library sales experienceThorough knowledge of strategic sellingStrong communicator and a highly competitive teammateRisk-taker and willingness to accept rejectionAbility to quickly bond with prospects, control the sales cycle, and thoroughly qualify and close opportunitiesProcess-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projectsAbility to work independently and be a self-starterProven writing ability in conjunction with excellent presentation skillsPhysical Requirements

Ability to sit for long periods of time and maintain focus on projects such as computer screens or detailed paperwork.Occasionally lifting items weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds such as files, books, and other materials.Benefits
