As the
Account Director,
you will work closely with senior leadership to direct the on-time and on-budget development, creation and execution of direct marketing fundraising programs for our agency clients. Our ideal candidate will be a primary contact to the client, as well as to internal and external partners, from program initiation through invoicing.
This position will be onsite for training, then hybrid when training concludes. You will be working in our Lanham, MD office.

The
Edge Direct Division
is a multichannel marketing agency, driven to help leading nonprofits raise maximum funds and brand awareness in support of the important work they do through exceptional insights, service, and integrated marketing solutions. The Edge Direct Division creates bold, transformative marketing solutions that engage donors and build awareness across direct mail, television, radio, print, digital, and social communication channels to create a better world.
Your impact:
Partner with Production, Lettershop, Creative, Data, Sales and Senior Leadership to manage successful direct mail campaigns on time and budget.
Align with the Sales team to gain a thorough understanding of the fundraising objectives and marketing plans.
Write creative briefs guiding the Creative team to develop various fundraising programs.
Create client presentations and present creative and program elements to clients.
Manage production, data, creative invoicing, budgeting and lettershop ensuring that final program costs are aligned with the budget.
Manage and communicate strategic timelines and supplier production schedules.
Coordinate Annual Production Schedules where Edge Direct manages client programs to ensure the on-time and flawless execution of all programs with Edge Direct’s suppliers.
Your Profile:
4 years’ experience in Account Management in direct response fundraising.
Bachelor's degree.
Tech-savvy, comfortable working with multiple programs across various platforms.
Demonstrated partnership with cross functional teams, clients and vendors.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.
NetSuite and Workfront, a plus.
Available to commute to our Lanham, MD office 2-3 days per week.
