DESCRIPTION

The Sports Marketing team at Amazon Prime Video seeks a Sr. Campaign Manager to lead 360° marketing campaign operations for our original unscripted sports programming (docuseries and documentaries). The campaign management team is the operational backbone of Sports Marketing at Amazon, partnering closely with Strategy, Creative, PR, Social, and Development teams to bring innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to fruition. This position reports to the Head of Campaign Management and will drive:

Campaign Operations:

Leverage exceptional organizational and project management skills to oversee all aspects of 360-degree marketing campaigns, from brief to concept to execution. Manage and drive timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure seamless creative development and delivery.

Marketing Operations:

Manage and improve the operations, processes, and tools used by the marketing team to more effectively manage and track their work on Originals titles. Key work streams will include identifying pain points, defining a long-term vision, and implementing new solutions to increase self-serviced, force-multiplying efficiency and visibility.

Key job responsibilitiesDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives, including strategic allocation of resources, rate negotiations with external partners, and oversight of the development of AV, digital art and print creative assets.Drive master work back timelines and manage project deliverables to ensure timely execution.Align and facilitate communication cross-functional teams such as strategy, creative, social and media teams towards common objectives and shared timelines.Work proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and to ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed, communicating updates, delays, and budget implications to stakeholders.Implement and improve processes and system tooling to support efficient collaboration, campaign planning, resource allocation, tracking, and creative review/approvals.Conduct routine post-mortems and gather collaborative feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ongoing strategic optimization and oversight of marketing and campaign operations:Identify operations gaps within the marketing team's processes and workflows related to Originals titles.Assist in establishment of tools, long-term goals, and a strategic vision to address identified gaps and improve marketing team operations.Build and lead the adoption of new processes, tools, and mechanisms to enhance project management, resource organization, and status tracking.

About the teamPrime Video has a vast selection of live and on demand sports content including Thursday Night Football, NBA, NASCAR, New York Yankees, National Women's Soccer League, and more. The Sports Marketing team is charged with creating world-class marketing campaigns to deliver this growing portfolio of live sports, sports exclusives, and unscripted sports entertainment content to Amazon customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, particularly in project and/or program management, with a proven track record of successfully project managing complex, multi-faceted marketing campaigns.Adept at nimbly navigating curveballs, challenges and coordinating diverse stakeholders to deliver on a wide range of campaign deliverables.Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.Experience in creative concept development, production, budget management, and vendor negotiation.Experience owning relationships with and presenting to senior stakeholders and partners.Mastery in creating and implementing processes, driving adoption across large and busy organizations.Mastery of project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Airtable).Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous and rapidly evolving business environment.Excellence in written and verbal communication.Experience working in sports marketing and/or sports media marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA deep passion for sports and understanding of sports fandom.Knowledge of brand development and brand management principles.Understanding of digital file and folder management systems.DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience a plus.
